Yuki von Kiefer is a beautiful 3-year-old white German Shepherd male of medium-to-large size and medium-to-high energy level. Now, being cooped up in a shelter doesn’t usually elicit too much excitement, but Yuki is a happy boy who is just excited by what the ordinary day offers. Athough he looks forward to coming out of the kennel and exploring, he knows his leash manners and walks in a  mannerly fashion, without pulling. He can be very talkative while on his walk and doesn’t care for passing bikes - he may bark at them.  Yuki is a big fan of the ladies and will get along well with a female dog or an easygoing male who don’t try to intimidate him. He can be a bit energetic and stiff when meeting other dogs but, once he decides they are okay, he readily walks next to them. Yuki enters the play yard cautiously and meets female dogs well – but he prefers to not have other male dogs around him.  It’s not every day that we meet a creature so easily pleased, but Yuki is an extraordinary, sweet boy who loves receiving affection.
